Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board supervises the administration of the company, of which the Board of Directors and the President and CEO are responsible for. The Supervisory Board submits a statement regarding the annual accounts and the auditors’ report to the Annual General Meeting. The Supervisory Board also issues statements and recommendations on matters that are of long-lasting and/or fundamental importance to the company, including the owners’ vision regarding the company’s financial and social capital.
