Avain Yhtiöt is a Finnish group specialising in housing and housing-related services, construction contracting and new construction. Avain Yhtiöt owns more than 10,000 apartments and has approximately 100 employees. Its goal is to build 1,000 new apartments per year in key growth areas in Finland.
In 2021, A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd acquired a 25% stake in Avain Yhtiöt.
